On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, Stamford Consultants AG is searching for a very senior level Murex Business Analyst with strong experience with Back Office systems and OTC products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications on a Murex integration project
- Driving all the Business Analysis aspects of the Murex OTC platform Front to Back (Reporting, Payments, Settlements, Accounting Interfaces, etc.)
- Supporting the functional Architects to plan and implement the platform simplification and the Business/IT Strategy
- Supporting new business functionality, such as on-boarding new asset classes, regulatory changes, central clearing of trades etc.
- Down- and Upstream integration of the platform, including additional instruments, events, feeds and reconciliations based on business need
- Supporting the test phases and managing defect reports
- Working closely with the business and IT teams
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector
- Several years of experience with Murex application
- Strong knowledge of OTC Products
- Good understanding of Back Office systems, trading and financial accounting
- IT background would be a plus
- Fluent English
