Beschreibung

Our client is a financial company based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified User Support.

As qualified User Support your responsibilities would be the following:

  • Act as investigation support line incident analyst and provide general expertise to investigate, diagnose and apply workarounds and standard solutions
  • Close cooperation with 2nd level technical support to clarify questions about the content of incidents or their classification
  • Involve 3rd level support for complex issues
  • Responsibility to raise change requests to trigger implementation of workarounds or solutions to incidents

In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively and relevant work experience in the database area
  • Solid IT process management experience as well as experience relating to IT service operation processes
  • experience with Murex (BO)
  • Profound experience in Unix are of advantage
  • Fluent in English
