Our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for a technical supporter for a 10 months contract in Switzerland.
Description:
- Planning, organising, preparing, implementing and evaluating training measures and learning arrangements in the areas of organisation information/communication technology and methodology.
- Providing operational support for the rollout of Google+, globally,
- Guidance of larger groups joining Google+ and creating a community
- Facilitating workshops with interested business functions to provide guidance and share user cases
- Best practices and success stories.
- You act as a contact for business functions during the on-boarding and rollout phase
Skills:
- Prior experience in supporting technical applications or systems, preferably cloud based collaboration and/or productivity tools as Google+.
- Strong customer focused personality, comfortable with communicating to larger business groups.
- Experienced in facilitating and running workshops as well as updating and creating training material and knowledge articles.
- Prior Experience with social media, mobile, or analytic technologies are a plus

Workload: 100% in Basel
