PMO/Project Portfolio Manager - Execution & Operations
PMO/Project Portfolio Manager - On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced person with PMO/Project Portfolio Manager background to join a dynamic team assisting.
Role and Responsibilities;
- Executing the operational project portfolio controlling processes
- Coordinating on- and nearshore team members
- Managing the business case life cycle (approval, change, closure)
- Being a subject matter expert for the project portfolio management tool and process landscape
- Support and training of our stakeholder community
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline to simplify processes and reduce costs
- Ensure that internal and external requirements and requests for information are met to a high standard
Skills and Experience Required;
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills, attention to detail/data quality, ability to convert "data" to actionable management information
- Very advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; some Access and/or Sharepoint preferred
- Proven strong client management skills particularly at a senior level
- Ability to lead, influence, and work in global teams
- Experience in IT transformation or IT strategy work; or post-merger integration of IT organizations
- Experience in working in global, enterprise IT management environment
- English language is a must, German language is an asset
