For a project at our bank client here in Zurich we are looking for an experiencedWEB Platform Integration Engineer (2734)
The integration team is responsible for delivering platform solutions into the IT infrastructure and shaping IT processes, tools and automation.
Key Deliverables
- Adaptation / implementation of the Apache/IIS and Oracle WebLogic platform to drive its standardization and integration into surrounding eco-systems
- Support the implementation of components / configuration items and consult projects, engineering and operations
- Integrate and adopt centrally engineered tools and processes to fulfil jurisdictions CH standards
- SME on Apache/Tomcat/IIS and Oracle WebLogic
- Participate in IT infrastructure project to support internal customer and operation needs
- Delivers Operation day2day activities (change/incident/problem-management) and supports taskforces
Job Qualifications
- Higher or further education in IT
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Apache Web-Servers, Tomcat and Oracle WebLogic Application Server (10.x / 12.x), Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE)
- A good understanding for processes and tools in the application integration area
- Configuring SSL, generating x509 Certificates, Keytool, 2 way SSL, Security Realm Configuration, Configuring Roles and Policies
- Understanding source-code including EJB2/3, JSP, servlets, struts
- Good understanding of mainstream security concepts/models
- Good knowledge of performance-management/capacity-management
- Knowledge of complex network environments (Firewall, Load Balancer)
- Excellent skills in the Unix area (Solaris, Linux) and its scripting languages (Perl/Shell-scripting/sed/awk)
- The ability to challenge and improve existing IT processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, German
