For our banking client in Zürich we are looking for a Project Analyst:

START: ASAP
DURATION: 6 months
Location: Zürich

Overview of the Business Area:
CFO Program Services provides an internal source of consulting, program and project management capability within the Bank, helping the organization plan and execute major initiatives by employing industry best practices.
The group consists of 160+ consulting and program specialists, with presence in all major regions (Switzerland, EMEA, New York and APAC).
The team predominantly supports global cross-divisional projects across the bank (excl. Investment Banking).
We are positioned to deliver complete solutions for a wide range of business needs - from strategy development to large scale program delivery.

Our projects cover a wide range of topics from regulatory, organizational design, efficiency and process improvement and IT implementations.

Responsibilities:
The role is a project analyst role within a CFO Program Services project team reporting to a CFO Program Services mandate lead.
A responsible position in a management consulting/program delivery environment with a broad scope of challenging bank-wide and global projects, from initial concept to implementation
Opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and inspiring team by supporting the analysis, problem solving and implementation activities of business and IT projects with priority on strategy development, regulatory compliance, organizational optimization, and efficiency improvements
Cross-divisional projects (from front business to shared services incl. IT) on Senior Management level
Broad insight into the global banking business of our client
Highly motivated and experienced team with an excellent reputation in a challenging working environment

Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent university degree (preferably in Economics/Management, Science, Information Technology) or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, creativity and persistency
Broad Project Management know-how (eg regulatory developments, Operational Excellence/Six Sigma, post-merger integration, change management, organizational design and strategy development) with relevant professional experience of 2-5 years preferably in a comparable position within the management consulting or financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, superior attention to detail, and a highly client oriented attitude
Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
Constructive approach to your work and to a feedback culture combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment
Very good written and spoken English, German an advantage
Banking and economic business know-how an advantage
