We are currently looking for a Project Lead/Onboarding Analyst - Contract (Remedy On Demand) for my client based in Basel, Switzerland/Dublin, Ireland.
Job description:
Experience as a Project Lead, responsibility as an augmented resource to the Clients Programme Team.
The task is to engage and interlock with the Client Business Units who have requested On boarding to the Strategic ITTP ITSM toolset, Remedy on Demand, and drive the completion of the standard project plan to achieve.
Skills required:
Prior experience of project leadership/management at a client engagement level
Leadership and Task management of supporting operational resources
Familiarity of Remedy as ITSM toolset
Foundation knowledge of BMC Remedy Change, Config, Incident, Problem and Knowledge modules
Experience of Onboarding of Application and/or Infrastructure CIs to Remedy
ITSM/ITIL knowledge as a given
Flexible on travel
