PMO - Finance/Risk/Treasury.
On behalf of our client, a major bank, we are searching an experienced PMO to join a dynamic team implementing the IFRS 9 - Expected Credit Loss (ECL) accounting standard.
Your tasks:
- Defining, tracking and updating the detailed project plan with milestones, deadlines, key deliverables, resources on a regular basis to ensure that the project is delivering on time and as per the project plan
- Tracking the project costs, invoices, accruals and providing a regular update on the budget versus actual spend to the key stakeholders
- Supporting in the preparation and running of project workshops including setting up the meetings, preparing the workshop materials by working with the work stream leads, taking minutes, issues and actions from the meeting etc.
- Managing relationship and ensuring effective collaboration with all project stakeholders
Your experience/skills:
- Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role
- Prior work experience in a bank or financial institution preferably within the Finance, Risk, Treasury or Compliance function
- Project Management certification would be an advantage
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Planning and organizational skills, able to multi-task with ease and attention to details
- Excellent command of English with fluent German being an added advantage
- Proficient MS Office user (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
