We are urgently seeking a Genesys Consultant to work for a global leading ICT Vendor. The ideal consultant will possess a solid understanding of the Genesys solution in particular IWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution). Taking on responsibilities for multiple projects, the consultant will need to be both willing to travel and be on site with the customer, therefore strong communication and presentation skills are required.
Responsibilities & Skills
Ability to write functional/technical design
Leading business/technical workshops to collect & analyze the business/technical requirements.
Leading the implementation after acceptance of the design & testing
IWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution)
Genesys Reporting (Info Mart)
Universal Routing
Genesys/Rules Engine
General IT skills (infrastructure, databases, OS etc.)
