Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 6 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a full time Project Manager role in its Service Area "TSA Operations" located in Basel for defining and establishing TSA Security Mechanisms and Processes.
You are responsible for
- Defining and establishing IT security mechanisms and processes to ensure clients' system and data protection is guaranteed
- Managing escalations aligned with CISO
- Coordinating with Program workstreams, Functions and Applications owners to ensure all security restrictions of all affected IT systems are protected for the duration of the TSAs
- Tracking progress and delivering weekly and monthly reporting
- Coordinating inputs for TSA operations committee
- Coordinating inputs for IT SteerCo
Requirements
- Good project management skills
- Experience with IT infrastructure disciplines (WAN, Data Centers, IT Security & Applications)
- Track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
- Knowledge of IT Project methodologies and best practices
- Experience with diversified and complex projects, large scale mergers/acquisitions preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Resolves and/or escalates issues quickly
- Demonstrated ability to recognize, predict and manage project risk
- Fluent in English (mandatory), German (a "plus")
