Project Manager - Identity Access Management
Project Manager - Identity Access Management. On behalf of our client, a major bank, we are searching an experienced Project Manager with IT infrastructure and security knowledge to join a dynamic team at the Basel office.
Your tasks:
- Manage and coordinate change projects in regards to Access Management services for different stakeholders/programs
- Organize and lead the project team (ie plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the project team focused)
- Provide the project plan and update it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery etc.)
- Ensures all necessary sign-offs according to the guidelines and performs all relevant reviews
- Ensures provision of cost and effort estimations Staffs the project by requesting resources, eg PMO, BA, DEV
- Prepares information and recommendation for choosing the appropriate sourcing pattern
Your experience/skills:
- Experience in the software development life cycle, the domain of the application and platform
- Risk analysis, dependencies, and decision analysis skills
- Experience in project management (PMI, PMP, Prince or the like cert is an advantage)
- Deliverables based management, a focus on the delivery of customer value, in the form of executing software that meets (or exceeds) the customer's needs.
- Experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Knowledge in the IT Security area, especially Identity and Access Management are a strong asset
