For a global bank here in Zürich we are looking for a Java J2EE Developer to join the team.
Summary:
A position as a Java Developer for the tools area (J2EE web applications) in the Data Warehouse environment.
As Java Developer you are implementing moderately complex requirements in existing web applications with JAVA (SE6 and 7) to cover business requests.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of moderately complex components and contribution to technical analysis, design and
Help analyse requirements and partially act as solution architect.
- Write and review technical specifications for the assigned web application.
- Analyse impact of software changes.
- Conduct unit, system, performance and integration testing.
- Contribute to technical standards and procedures.
- Document components and interactions between them.
- Perform 3rd Level Support.
We are looking for candidates with:
- High level of expertise with Java SE6/7
- Experience in developing web applications (eg with JSF (Java Server Faces)
- Knowledge of Advanced Object Oriented approach
- Good knowledge of EJB 3.0
- Good knowledge of JPA/JDBC
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of JUnit
- Good knowledge of JAXB
- Good knowledge of Oracle
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL
- MQ
- Eclipse
- Power Designer
