Our client an IT Company in Luzern currently seek a Lead Software Architect for a very long term project. The successful consultant will have excellent high level responsibilities including stakeholder management at an internal board level and external customer level.
The successful candidate will possess experience in the following:
- Migrating software products to modern standards
- Good communicaton skills, convincing, leadership
- Able and willing to work with different groups (developers, architects, management, customer)
- "Agile" mindset (we have an agile organization and scrum development teams)
- Java/JEE
- ERP knowledge helpful
- German speaking candidates preferred
