AMS KPI REPORTING SPECIALIST
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a AMS KPI reporting specialist to join their business in Switzerland.
Position Title: AMS KPI reporting specialist
Position Type: 3 months contract
Start Date: June 2015
Location: Switzerland

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for delivering, automating of daily, weekly, and monthly QoS and network performance reporting.
- Responsible for escalation processes: SLA, Quality and Network KPIs.
- Responsible for the implementation of quality management methods to improve the quality of service (including data quality).
- Responsible for managing the implementation of satisfaction, organizational issues closed loop drive customer management, enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design, implement, analyze KPI and PI measurements in order to control the quality of services provided to our customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor in engineering or related field.
- 1 year of experience in Statistic.
- 3 years of experience in Telecommunication industry (OSS, BSS, fixed and or mobile networks).
- Working experience in a multi-vendor, multi-technology environment.
- Understanding of functional layers of integrated communication networks and underlying.
- Know various common data collection methods; active, smart & logic minded.
- Acquire sound sense of responsibility, service consciousness, teamwork spirit and coordination capability.
- English language.
