We have an immediate need for a EMS - MES Engineer with strong experience in Werum PAS X v3 for a long term project in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities of the job
- Design MBR/eBR for Unit Processes of Pharmaceuticals manufacturing ( W&D, Solid bulk Mfg., packaging and other unit operations) using a Werum PAS X v3 and following harmonized business process
- Coordinate with global team for understanding the design templates and adopting/customizing them to the requirements of local plants following the global guidelines
- Integrating Werum PAS X v3 using with SAP and other system using standard interface
- Install MES application on server and on client machines
- Executing IQ/OQ and PQ
- Writing IT SOPs and conducting user training on developed product
- Project effort estimation
Skills:
Must Have:
- Hands-on on Werum PAS-X V3 MES product
- Functional knowledge/experience on Pharmaceutical/CPG Mfg.
- Knowledge on Industry Standards as ISA S95, S88 and ERP integration
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of any other MES product (GE Proficy Plant Applications, Siemens Simatic-IT, Rockwell FTPC)
- PLC/Scada programming
- J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL
Experience:
- Hands on Experience on effectively designing and implementing effective Master Batch Record (MBR) and Electronic Batch Record (e BR) for harmonized business processes for Pharmaceuticals Unit processes using Werum PAS X v3.
