International pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland are searching for an experienced software developer to be responsible for the development of VBA based test applications.
The successful Software Developer will be responsible for the design, development and support of Excel/Access VBA test applications. Alongside the hands on technical work, the successful candidate will be working closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and also the Technical Support team with any production issues.
Technically candidates should have demonstrable development experience with VBA for Access and Excel as well as some SQL knowledge. Given the collaborative nature of the role, communication skills are very important; applicants are expected to have strong written/verbal German and English. Candidates with prior experience in the medical or medical diagnostics space will be preferred but this is not essential.
