SAP Business Process Owner FICO - Subject Matter Expert FICO - BPO - Finance integration analyst
My client is currently implementing SAP. They are however keeping a lot of non-SAP applications on the side and need to interface these with the newly implemented SAP system.
Your tasks will be to write the functional specifications for the interfaces:
* map the processes and understand how information will go from SAP to each non-SAP application linked to finance,
* conduct workshops with the users to understand what information they need from the applications,
* talk to the suppliers of the non-SAP applications to understand what information they need from the SAP system,
* Write a full functional specification and design a solution for each interface and pass it on to the technical team to build the interface
Skills needed:
- Good understanding of processes within a finance department of a company.
- Experience of integration finance systems. Integration experience with SAP is a plus
- highly experienced in Laying out Process flows, Work-flow diagrams, Use-Cases (UML)
- able to test their and others solutions within a large project team
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
