For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Swisslinx is currently looking for an Application Engineer.
As an Application Engineer your responsibilities would be the following:
- Performing analytical activities and all software development tasks. Incorporating technical and operational requirements into IT solutions
- Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
- Create and maintain project documentation (test, application, user manual)
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Expert for Data curation, ontologies and vocabularies, genomic & clinical data
- Current data needs to be mapped to ontology master data
- Pharmaceutical background
- Fluent in English
