Project Management/Quality PM/Delivery methodology/PQM
Marlin Green is looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager for one of our international clients in Basel.
We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager with the following skills:
Consulting Services PQM will take over following tasks and creates these kinds of deliverables:
Defining a project mgmt. and life cycle methodology/Delivery Methodology
Defining and managing document standards
Creation and review of key project life cycle and mgmt. documents
Defining and managing project quality gates with their metrics
Ensure traceability of specification documents versus testing
Support the Test Manager in defining the requirements and standards for testing
Support the Technical development manager in ensuring build delivery quality
Ensure change impact assessments and those changes are reflected in all affected project deliverables
Conduct audits and quality checks
Key Requirements
In undertaking the described task, the following skills and competencies will be required for project quality management:
Knowledge and experience with system delivery and project mgmt. methodologies
Minimum 7 years' experience as project quality manager and several years as project manager
Good communication and collaboration skills
Self-driven behavior, problem solver, hands on
Senior representative towards all project stakeholders
Good understanding of business environments (organization, people and business needs)
Knowledge of software development life cycle, delivery methodologies and quality aspects within.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills with a structured approach
Customer, quality and delivery focused
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Stamina and willingness to go the extra mile
Clear communication, outspoken, respectful
