Harvey Nash is looking for a Training Manager (80% workload) for a 5 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to design, implement and maintain robust, standardized and compliant processes related to Training, in alignment with the clients' global quality standards (The candidate should be a subject matter expert with knowledge of the enabling IT learning management system LMS, Global iLearn).
You are responsible for
the implementation of mandatory Quality Training Ensuring quality processes related to training are aligned and implemented across pharma, including standardization and simplification of processes and reporting Ensuring that training curriculums are identified, implemented and maintained for pharma quality, and that a robust process for identifying, implementing, maintaining and reporting on training curriculums for pharma employees is in place Harmonizing and standardizing key training processes across pharma, including training effectiveness Owning implementation of training quality modules and quality directives into pharma and owning associated pharma training GOPs, and collaborating with quality operations to reduce redundant SOPs and redundant activities Acting as pharma QSS point of contact to the clients' iLEARN IT learning system team, ensuring the learning system meets pharma's GXP needs, and ensuring strategic system enhancements and upgrades for iLEARN and its interfaces to other systems (DocStore, ESOPs, etc) are met. Providing oversight to implementation and use of iLEARN across pharma, including technical know-how Reviewing and approving relevant changes associated with training process and learning management IT systems Distributing GQO info letter and associated implementation communications within Pharma Program Course Outline and Implementation Plan Review, feedback, and sign off Pharma training KPIs reporting Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
