Data Input/Management

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Data Input/Management Assistant This is a contract role and requires a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible.

Tasks in this position:

  • Supervise and update all information relating to technical committees and external liaisons
  • Maintain up to date and harmonize the information concerning projects in the company
  • Databases
  • Work with XML technology, which requires a good technical knowledge of XML.
  • Work closely with the Publishing team to convert documents into XML format.
  • Assist with respect to queries or problems encountered with the use of electronic facilities.

You will need the following skills and experience/knowledge:

  • Data entry and data management
  • Interacting with diverse stakeholders, in various business environments
  • Dealing with diverse tasks and being able to prioritize
  • Data entry experience
  • XML technical knowledge
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
  • Ability to work both as part of a team in a production environment as well as autonomously
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Willing to learn with a can do attitude
  • Fluency in English is required, while any other language would be an asset.
  • A university degree is preferred.
