Our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for a Project Manager for a 10 months contract in Switzerland.
Description:
- Coordinating the execution of all the product migrations
- Responsible for leading all migration meetings
- Leads the development of the Migration Plan and schedule
- Leads the development of the Migration Report
- Ensures the Migration process will be successful
- Responsible for leading the migration workstream
- Ensures resourcing of the migration activities
- Identifies all risks and issues, plus owns the mitigation
- Works with OCM resources to ensure all communications are provided, will be responsible for creating and executing some communications
- Scheduling meetings
- Meeting minutes/list with action items
- Prepare status slides for migration and core team meetings
- Maintain overview over the different migrations
- Maintain the documents in sharePoint
- Upload slide decks from migration meetings
Skills:
- Senior PM with minimum 8 years experience
- Experience in the Pharma industry, ideally with some knowledge of Regulatory
- Someone who can be flexible to sudden changes in approach (due to complexity of a product or unavailability of resources), a "fire fighter" mentality
- Experience of leading a migration project or workstream is key
