On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an Application and Process Owner with extensive experience in collecting, cleaning data, monitor automated processes and troubleshoot. Main responsibilities:

  • Own processes, applications and databases used in the access rights review and re-alignment processes
  • Collect data relating to access rights from many distributed applications and systems
  • Assist stakeholders with this data delivery and automation
  • Clean and transform collected data
  • Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot errors that occur
  • Assist with the further development and maintenance of applications and processes
  • Tasks associated with or peripheral to the life cycle of identity and access management
  • Create, maintain and produce reports
  • Document applications and databases
  • Communicate with people world-wide, across cultures and time zones

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

  • Over 4 years of previous experience as a process or application owner
  • Extensive experience with securing applications and shared folders
  • Proven experience in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for data manipulation and presentation, including VBA programming skills
  • Good experience in extracting, transforming and loading data
  • Experience in using VBScript and/or PowerShell for automation
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory will be an advantage
  • Any experience with Microsoft SQL Server a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, knowledge of German would be a plus
