Application and Process Owner with profound Microsoft Excel and Access knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Degree in information technology, engineering or mathematics with previous experience as a Process or Application Owner
  • Strong background in securing applications and shared folders, using Microsoft Excel and Access for data manipulation and presentation, including VBA programming skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in extracting, transforming and loading data
  • Good knowledge of VBScript and PowerShell for automation
  • Good understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
  • Know-how of Microsoft Active Directory and SQL Server are desirable
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus

Your tasks:

  • Owning processes, applications and databases used in the access rights review and re-alignment processes
  • Supporting the further development and maintenance of applications and processes
  • Collecting data relating to access rights from many distributed applications and systems along with cleaning and transforming collected data
  • Assisting stakeholders with data delivery and automation
  • Monitoring automated processes and troubleshoot errors
  • Creating, maintaining and producing reports as well as documenting applications and databases
