For a project at our client ‘s site, a telecommunication company based in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced

Scrum Master / Scrum Coach (5911)

In this role as a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach, you will be responsible for the Scrum process and its correct implementation within various development teams. You will coach and accompany young Scrum Master newcomers and pass on your experience to them in 5 sprints.

Your Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification with practical experience as a Scrum Master
• Several years of experience with the lifecycle of software projects in an agile environment
• Good ability to accompany and coach young Scrum Master newcomers
• Solution- and goal-oriented work as well as high ability to work in a team
• Fluent in French

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Scrum process and its correct implementation in the team and also across the teams
• Consulting for young Scrum Master newcomers
• Communicating the agile values in the team to young Scrum Master newcomers
• Organize and moderate Scrum meetings and promote the flow of information between the product owner and the team
• Keep Scrum artifacts (e.g. product, sprint backlog) up to date
• Remove obstacles that stand in the team's way and protect the team from intervention and disruption during the sprint.
