We are looking for an experienced Java/UI Developer
NextLink Solution, a Swiss IT Consultancy Company that has been providing both IT services and Staff augmentation solutions Fortune 100 customers for the past 20 years, has an excellent opportunity that can take your career to the next level.
Skills:
- University degree or similar education in information technology or information management
- Excellent software engineer knowledge (> 5 years) in GUI development and business logic components
- Recent hands-on experience in Java 7.0/8.0, JUnit 4.x, EJB 3.x, JMS 2.x, JPA 2.x, Spring/CDI, Spring Batch, Oracle DB 11g (SQL and PL/SQL), DB2, SOAP-WS, XML, JSF 2.0 and JavaScript, Angular 6, Web-Services and Weblogic
- Nice to have: Knowledge of REST, HTML5, AngularJS, Bootstrap 4.x, JSON, Selenium, JEE 7, Spring Boot, IBM JLog Rules, MQ Series
- Tools: Eclipse IDE, Maven, SVN, JIRA, SoapUI, PL/SQL Developer or the like
- Knowledge of securities, single accounts, bookkeeping would be an asset
- Well structured and analytical thinking personality
Role:
- An interesting role with the possibility to analyse requirements specification, plan and design solutions (GUI, including interfaces to other applications)
- Support project estimates and provide planning input regarding solution engineering and software development
- Ensure adherence to application and technology related architectural standards and development policies
- Development of Java GUI and business logic components
- Prepare and execute unit and system tests including technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Analysis and fixing of defects and test environment issues
Contract Start date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6 months +
Language requirement: English and/or German (spoken and written)
