Running as a multi-year project, we work on a solution for processing IT telemetry data in near-Real Time, with the purpose of enhancing visibility on the health-status of our IT services. Our view on the IT service health-status focuses on operational aspects, like system availability, system performance and system capacity/utilization, which includes also cyber security aspects.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement first MVPs (minimal viable products) in Python, in order verify quality of specific data streams and to demonstrate the added value of analysing this data.
- Design and implement solutions to collect data from different sources, with minimal latency.
- Design and implement a data processing pipeline to enrich and analyze streams of data.
- Development, testing and documentation of the implemented solutions.
Required skills:
- Self-motivated and highly proactive attitude, also when it comes to documentation.
- Hands-on experience in implementing data streaming analytics solutions, ideally based on open source, eg Apache Flink or similar.
- Advanced proficiency Python programming
- A good understanding of cyber security concepts
