For the IT prototyping department of our multinational client, responsible for the global implementation of web applications for trading, we are looking for a specialist to evaluate the possibility to move a C++, linear algebra based library - already parallelized on multicore processors - to the GPU (CUDA).
The professional should have deep knowledge of CUDA functions and programming, experience in HPC, and the capability to evaluate the real optimization advantages of moving the library to CUDA.
You will be part of an offshore team mainly based in Madrid with some travel to the Swiss HQs of the company (first 1 - 2 weeks) - but the main work location can be anywhere. The starting date can be negotiated based on your availability, and the duration of the assignment is forecasted on a 1 - 2 months duration.
