For a global client based in Zug we are searching for a Quants Developer to do the Development of quant models and analytics tools.
Tasks:
- Work with large datasets to implement quantitative models for trading applications
- Develop analytics tools in collaboration with risk managers and analysts
- Support development of software infrastructure and data models
- Design and deliver high quality code that is robust, clearly written, and performs well
We are looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
- Strong development skills in Python, R or MATLAB
- Ideally a working experience in C++, C# or any other object-oriented language
- Some HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills - nice to have
- Experience with SQL databases is a big plus
- Experience and interest in trading and/or the commodity markets is a plus
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
