Mission/Rôle:
- Work on a team to categorize, prioritize and resolve software application issues dealing with all levels of the Asset Management technology organization.
- Provides hands-on support for products and applications at agreed service levels.
- Interface with internal and external business and technical partners.
- Participates in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting.
- Establish processes that will help incident prevention, and create/develop tools to improve monitoring and automate support tasks.
- Proactively identify opportunities for change within the production environment.
- Delivering process improvement projects on time and in-scope.
- Provide on-call support during off-hour time and a weekend per month on a rotational basis
Experience/Qualifications:
- SQL, Java, JavaScript, Bash Scripting: expertise in at least two
- Hands on experience on both Unix and Windows environments
- Awareness and exposure to REST Services, Multi-tier Web applications and/or Cloud Services.
- Awareness and exposure to change management methodologies and best practices.
- Able to perform within a DevOps culture
