Our client, a well named pharmaceutical company (Fribourg, Switzerland) is looking for you to support client in planning data repository (GPR) fed from affiliates and manufacturing sites.
Major Responsibilities:
- Push Intranet maintenance and ensure the accuracy of the visibility used for planning purpose (manufacturing sites)
- GPR feeds linked to IBP project - set up verification and adjustment according roll out plan to ensure accuracy of data transmitted
- Support the GPR file set up at affiliate's and ensure the accuracy of planning data transmitted
- Support any investigation regarding GPR data accuracy to define and adjust the corrective actions to adjust the transmission from the affiliates' ERP (Contact with: Europe, Asia or Latin America)
- Maintain the Cognos based KPIs (SAR, Push min/Max)
- Maintain the planning visibility tool (Push Intranet)
Your Profile:
Linguistic background: Fluent English (writing and speaking)
Work experience:
- Must-to-have:
- Programming skills - VBA, SQL
- Knowledge on JDE or similar ERP
- Be able to analyze large amounts of data
- Present in easy to understand format
- Experience with Cognos SAR KPIs
- Able to interact internationally
- Persistent
- Result driven
- Nice-to-have
- Knowledge on SAP ERP
