Application support Analyst (SQL, Java, UNIX)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
This is a long-term consulting mission.
You will:
*Software application troubleshooting following best practices and internal requirements.
*Incident management processes
*Root cause analysis, resolution and reporting.
*Creation of solutions to improve monitoring and automation.
*Propose improvements in the production environment.
*On call support.
Your profile:
*Several years of experience in Application support or Product support.
*Several years of experience in: SQL, Java, JavaScript, Bash (at least 2).
*Unix and Windows environments.
*A previous experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Selenium preferred).
*Understanding of REST Services, Multi tiers web applications, cloud,
*Able to work in an Agile and/or DevOps environment.
*English Fluent mandatory.
*French is a plus.
