PL/SQL Developer with profound Leadership and People Management skills wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor or Master Degree, equal education or qualifying experience in Information Technology
- Profound Leadership and People Management skills including offshore experience and a strong background in SQL/PLSQL development, Software Engineering and Software Design
- Knowledge of Oracle 10/11g/12c development, SQL tuning and Datamodelling
- Experience with large databases and techniques, Team City and SVN coupled with strong communication and coordination skills as well as a flexible and dynamic mind-set and a strong commitment to delivery
- Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence, OBIE and Informatica are advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working against aggressive time scales while ensuring delivery focus and commitment during PTA and PROD releases and providing L3 production support
- Managing Off-Shore coordination and the integration of implemented Work-Packages into application
- Supporting analysis and design of the application architecture and its components as well as ensuring expected code quality
- Participating in integration and user acceptance testing
- Ensuring the creation of adequate documentation as well as the adoption of common standards, processes and tools across all deliverables
