For a project at our client, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aSailpoint Specialist (5370)
In this role, you are responsible for providing impact analysis for changes in the environment and ensure proper integration across components/products.
Your Qualifications:
• Several years work experience in a similar position
• Strong Sailpoint Security skills
• Java development background and experience in Identity & Access Management
• Well versed Investigate and analyze incidents and deliver bug fixes
• Good understanding in supporting KTLO (Keep the lights on) activities such as:
o Version Upgrades
o Functional changes
o Documentation updates
o Release Management
o BCM/DR testing
• Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Work in a global team and act as a Technical Specialist for internally developed applications
• Provide impact analysis for changes in the environment and ensure proper integration across components/products
• Delivery of audit reports and support evidence to Service and Product Management (SPM) and other audit teams
• Investigate and analyse incidents and problems escalated by the global support team
• Delivery of bug fixes and operational break fixes seen within the environment
