Für unseren Kunden in der Region Luzern suchen wir einen "Process Engineer IT and Automatization".1. Main / Project Tasks
- Maintain and coordinate changes for process control systems (Prozessleitsysteme, e.g.
automationX, Zeta) and databased MESs Systems in BG&E sensor and reagent operation
- Ensure the operational readiness of documents, tools and equipment for production
- Document management in SAP: creation and rework of production documents
- Support for deviations, changes & CAPAs in BG&E sensors and reagents operations
- Ensure production quality and compliance (process & material)
- Production and process support
- Continuous process improvement
- Process risk management (pFMEA)
Requirements
2. Work / Professional Experience
- Proven experience with PLCs or MES Systems based on databases and IT infrastructure
- Excellent technical skills
- Experienced in regulated GxP- environment, ideally in IVD area
- Ideally experienced in documentation management
- Ideally work experience in production or process engineering
3. Education
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education with min. 5 years
experienced

5. Languages
- German - Proficient
- English - Proficient
6. IT Skills
- Knowledge about network infrastructure and network traffic
- Knowledge about Siemens SPS, WIN CC
- Ideally SQL and experience in Databases
- Ideally Knowledge about IT Network Hardware e.g. Switches, Clients, Port Server
- Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
