For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedTechnical Genesys Integration Expert (5195)
In this role, you will be reviewing the proposed integration plans for the Genesys Multi-Channel Contact Center as a neutral technical instance at our client's site.
Your Qualifications:
• 10+ years experience working on integrations of IT solutions with a deep technical know-how
• Expert knowledge in how-to integrate Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
• An excellent analytical mindset to identifying problems and shortcomings considering future risk situations
• Able to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure a neutral view of the current and target set up for the internal Multi-channel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, the bank's telephony system and third-party vendor
• Reduce knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor by understanding how the different modules of Genesys interact
