For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSystem Engineer - Flexera Normalization Tool (5273)
In this role, you will integrate the normalization engine to import discovery data form out-of-the-shelf products as well form homegrown solutions and to provide the normalized data to down-stream processes. The integration of this vendor product includes the integration into the bank's processes in line with the internal policies to be fully compliant.
Your Qualifications:
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure environments (server, software, end-user devices)
• Good understanding using the Flexera Normalization tool
• Deep knowledge of Windows server operating systems and basic SQL knowledge e.g. with MS SQL
• Previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects
• Aware of security-related risk topics in large infrastructure environments
• Fluent in English, German is preferable
Your Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, plan and integrate Flexera Normalization tool (former BDNA)
• Guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance
• Analyse errors in systems and define corrective measures (you’ve got a good eye)
• Collaborate with the vendor and cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
