Senior Software Designer / Java Developer for our Zurich based client in the banking sector. Your experience/skills: Practical experience as a Senior software designer in developing, designing and new applications with strong knowledge in Java in a JEE environment, UI technologies like React, Redux, CSS Modules, Webpack, Babel, npm, ORM, Web Services, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, Caching, Spring MVC/CXF/JPA/Hibernate/Oracle Database/Spring Batch/MQ Proficiency of web application development, Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns, Data Modeling, relational database, SQL along with Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms as well as RESTful service architectures Expertise in Legacy application transformation and modernization efforts, development IDEs such as Eclipse, one or more build tools such as Jenkins or Hudson and Ant, Maven, Gradle as well as agile project management software such as Jira Working experience in a modelling language and integration tools as Maven, Subversion/Git, Sonar Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken Your tasks: Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle as well as developing software components as defined by the systems development life cycle Performing test unit and integration of components for integration into larger subsystems Supporting the Software Component Manager in resolving high priority defects and deploying fixes to production systems Ensuring the security of produced code, before handing over to the Software Component Manager Designing, documenting and maintaining innovative applications along with managing versions of software artifacts Start: ASAP Duration: 09MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH12575 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
