Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Responsible to analyze, design, code, and test software to meet business and system requirements.
-Responsible to participate in service capacity planning and software performance analysis and tuning.
-Apply current technology, tools and techniques according to established standard practices
-Responsible to provide work estimates, identify risks and dependencies for new systems, implementation plans for enhancements, defect fixes
-Responsible to develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings and supporting system documentation
Required Skills:
-Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in Enterprise Application Integration (past projects)
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management topics/models.
-Must have more than 5 years of experience in designing/documenting canonical information models for EAI.
-Must have atleast 5 years of experience in writing technical specifications (developer level)
-Should have an ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
-Should have a very good ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
-Should have a very good ability to work with team members in other geographic locations, across time zones, across cultures.
-Should be self-driven and ability to work independently and interact with project teams
-Should have a good record in demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk.
Nice to Have:
-Should have good experience with Microsoft BizTalk 2010.
-Should have practical experience in .NET programming.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
Languages: English Fluent, German will be added advantage.
