For a project at our client's site in Zurich or remote, we are looking for an experiencedSenior Golang Backend Engineer - SOA / Micro-Services (5112)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to designing, developing, deploying, supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale micro-service based distributed systems with high transaction volume.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in building complex high volume distributed systems
- 5+ years' experience in Service-oriented architecture (SOA), particularly micro-services
- 5+ years' experience in relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase, Cassandra) storages
- Very good skills in GO programming
- Familiarity with gRPC and protocol buffers
- Experience with encryption and cryptography standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English
Our client is offering the option of a contracting or perm engagement for this role. 100% Remote work is also possible, but an initial 2-week onboarding onsite in Zurich would be required.
