Responsibilities:? Subject matter expert (SME) for Appway especially in the area of process migration, upgrades
? Monitoring and Support IT Service Owner and Services in lifecycle planning of applications according SLA/OLA
? Solution maintenance in Appway Studio
? Lifecycle management and IT service roadmap
? Manage requirements backlog
? Support solution architect and Chief Programmer in defining technology wide development guidelines and standardsSupport the impact analysis of new requirements and the creation of solution designs
? Challange ideas and solutions and discuss them with Stakeholders
? Write detailed documentation for the operation of the application and project documentations
? Provide ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) and assist in disaster recovery tests
? Support the definition of test cases and test execution
? Plan and perform adaptive/ perfective measures related to the applications
? Conception, provisioning and maintain of training
? Define and implement operations tasks for the application
? Coordination of deployments into zest and production environments
? Environment management in coordination with projects
? 3rd Level Support for applications (incident analysis and resolution)
Requirements:
? Strong knowledge of Business Process Management concepts
? Experience with Appway 6.3 & above
? Strong knowledge in Appway Studio
? Proven expert knowledge and several years of professional experience in front technologies (e.g. HTML, Java Script, CSS, Ajax, XML)
? Understanding of Client Relationship Management and Client Data Management systems
? Understanding of software development as well as customization processes
? Understands, drives Big Picture and Context
? Good English and German language skills
Nice to have:
? University Degree in computer science (Uni/ETH/FH)
? Appway Certified Professional Developer
? Preferrably experience in lifecycle management
