Senior Java Developer
Main tasks/activities:
- Understand business requirements, prepare development estimates, impact analysis, statement of work and specifications.
- Design and document data model.
- Customization, technical Java and J2EE development, and testing the business requirement.
- Review implemented coding as per company standards, performance tuning, and bug fixing.
- Prepare and maintain the project documents.
Position requirements:
- Proficient in in Java and J2EE programming languages.
- Hands on experience with Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, and Hibernate.
- Design and Development experience on Data Management tools like EBX5 MDM.
- Development experience on Web applications.
- Able to handle ambiguity and conflicting information.
- Relevant experience with similar task in a complex organization.
