A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Microsoft MIM/SCORCH Engineer. The team’s goal is to engineer authentication solutions to all business areas globally. Team members are mainly located in Wroclaw, Krakow, London and Zurich.Workload: 100%

Tasks:
• Developing and maintaining Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010 or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016 and System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) 2016 solutions.
• Design, installation, configuration, implementation and operation/maintenance of the ecosystem (supporting 100’000 users) in the wide area of IT Security/Authentication that interact with directory services, inventory and configuration management systems and electronic workflows.
• Transferring multiple complex and demanding requirements across a number of work streams into technical solutions that are integrated into a heterogeneous and highly automated infrastructure.
• Working with both technical and business stakeholders across the company, i.e. Security Archi-tects, Project Leaders, Business Analysts, Testers and IT Operations Responsibles.
• Solution design, program scripting/coding as well as creating software packages and configuration scripts.
• Problem analysis and 3rd level support.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise technical support / engineering environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands on experience administering / engineering Microsoft FIM 2010 / Mi-crosoft MIM 2016, FIM Synchronization Service and Microsoft SCORCH.
• Advanced knowledge of the Connector Space, Run Profiles and Metaverse.
• Experience in writing FIM / MIM rules extensions and Metaverse extensions in C#.
• Experience in authoring FIM Management Agents (ECMA) and complex Orchestrator Runbooks.
• Experience with MIMWAL libraries and workflows.
• Deployment of complex synchronization solutions using MVRouters, Reflectors or Replay Man-agement Agents.
• Advanced PowerShell automation skills.
• Strong database design and Transact-SQL skills (SQL Stored Procedures or SSIS to generate SQL tables / views).
• General knowledge of REST API, Windows Server 2008R2, SQL Server .
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Understanding business needs around identity management & resource management.
• Experience with SoftwareIDM Identity Panel and Active Directory is nice to have.

• Fluent in German and English.
