A Swiss insurance company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master for a multi-year modernization program that aims to simplify the complex landscape, improve user experience and establish a digital service platform. This role requires a Scrum Master for 5 program work streams that will be setup as individual scrum teams with separate product owners and teams.Workload: 100%

Tasks:
• Collaborating and working with global team members.
• Managing the planning, progress reporting of the various work streams.
• Facilitating daily scrum meetings for multiple scrum team.
• Facilitating and schedule the Scrum Planning and Scrum Retrospective meetings.
• Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum teams.
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor/Master degree in an IT related field or equivalent.
• Solid experience as a Scrum Master for many complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of scrum/agile project methods and a certification.
• Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management and knowledge of SDLC and various PM methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation skills and experience to conduct workshops.
• Excellent organizational, planning, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Experience with Jira and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform or similar ITSM platform is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, highly committed, energetic, proficient, reliable.
• Great analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus but not needed.
