Analyst - International Policy Development

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Analyst with International Policy Development experience to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role & responsibilities:
In order to maximise the impact of their new strategy, the Client is currently developing how the structure responsible for coordinating and overseeing support at a country level should evolve. You will contribute to this project. The project takes into account both improvements to the current model as well as the additions needed to implement the new strategy.
The main role of the incumbent will be to collate all the outputs into a policy document for the Board Committee's approval, articulating different options. The incumbent will also be asked to prepare any material (presentations, briefing) in that context.
Additionally, the incumbent will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and arrange working sessions with them.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- A university degree in political or social sciences.
- International Policy development experience.
- Good knowledge of Global Health architecture.
- Robust project management track record
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
