For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedAppway Developer - JAVA (4893)
You will be a member of the Appway platform team supporting production tickets fixing and developing interfaces and further features according to the team’s scrum master and product owner.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience as a Developer with focus mainly on Appway and JAVA
- Strong knowledge of application and software development on the Appway platform
- Strong experience as a 3rd level supporter
- Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Modify existing Appway process software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new infrastructure and improve the performance
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
- Analyze problem tickets, find root cause and execute corrective actions according to overall release management process
- Proactively monitoring status of running processes and define and execute according mitigation action in case of upcoming critical issues
- Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
