Application Specialist with excellent .NET Development skills and profound CRM knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in computer science along with profound skills within software development and architecture
- In-depth experience within financial industry with good knowledge of underlying banking processes, such as compliance- and sales process
- Expertise within IT integration and web technologies, as ASP.NET, C#, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, IIS, Internet Explorer
- Market knowledge of CRM solutions highly preferred coupled with competency of application management
- Certificates Microsoft ASP.NET Developer, Microsoft Enterprise Application Developer or appropriate MCTS certifications preferred
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Performing as Application Specialist for the international CRM solution myCRM, a in-house developed .NET-application with a MS SQL database
- Service monitoring, as well as ensuring 3rd level application support, including Service Request-, Incident- and Problem-Management
- Conducting service management (SLA/OLA control) and service planning, along with life cycle, service enhancements and continuous improvements
- Fulfilling stakeholder management and service coordination with affected partners from Business Product Management, Business Operations and IT
- Maintaining support in terms of life cycle changes, application documentation, regular controls and statistics
- Analysing Change Requests, being responsible for non-functional and technical requirements and release bundling
