•Ownership, further development and lifecycle management of banking CRM applications based on .NET and MS SQL Server
•3rd level support (from IT- and banking perspective)
•Stakeholder management on the business and IT side
•Analysis on the existing applications
•Service management
•Guide and coordinate change- and release management processes
•Guide and coordinate development and testing activities
•Own the application documentation

Requirements:
•Several years of experience in .NET software development
•Application management skills
•Strong knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, IIS)
•Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML) and software integration
•Knowledge of banking processes (e.g. sales and compliance processes)
•Very good English language skills
Nice to have:
•Knowledge of CRM solutions and CRM software products
•German language skills
•Relevant Microsoft certificates
