Summary: The position is a mix of three roles. Operational Excellence Specialist; Intranet Designer; and Project Management Support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Setup a portal and structure on Intranet for Lean six sigma tools
* Present examples from Research Life Science business
* Enable project managers to use those tools in their projects
* Interacting with scientific driven stakeholders
Required Skills:
* Need 5+ years of Lean six sigma experiences preferably in a global, matrixed, scientific, diverse environment (we are not looking for a developer)
* Should have 5+ years of experience in IT-related projects (former experience in the area of "operational excellence")
* Used to work in a scientific environment, preferred scientific background with applied Informatics skills
* Should have strong knowledge of standard project and OE tools and methods (Lean six sigma is a must)
Nice to have:
* Pharma Experience
* Previous experience in Web development
* Scientific background/environment in the last projects is beneficial
Education:
* Bachelor Degree or similar Experience.
Languages:
* Fluent in English
* German and/or French speaking is plus
