L2 Support - Excel, VBA, Unix, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL with profound Business knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in a relevant area
- Expertise in a similar position, preferably in an international financial environment
- Strong practical know-how in PL/SQL
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and VBA along with Unix and Shell Scripting skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
- Providing 2nd level support
- Supporting the team in incident analysis and defect fixing
- Maintaining database application in an analytics environment along with efficient troubleshooting in collaboration with technicians of different teams
